Delivery & Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your Wendy Louise Designs purchase, however if you have any concerns about your items, please let us know if and we will do our best to help in any way we can. If you have any questions about our policies or special requests please contact us.
Retail orders placed before 10 am AEST should be received between 2-4 business days within metro areas and 3-5 for rural areas. Special requests and made to order items may take up to 5 business days longer to complete, your delivery time will be advised.
Standard shipping with tracking – $9.90 within Australia
Express post with Tracking – $13.20 within Australia
International rates supplied upon request.
We recommend high value orders be sent by registered & insured mail. Registered mail requires someone to sign for the item on arrival, or if this is not possible, collect the item from your nearest Post Office. There will be an extra charge for this service.
Receiving your item
Your precious piece will be personally checked then beautifully packed in a WLD gift box or pouch and securely wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap. We will send via tracked postage with Australia post by the method advised and we will email you the tracking number. It will arrive at the address supplied or your post office for pick up. Please check it has arrived in good condition and is as described on our website. If everything is good it would be great to hear from you so we know all is well, feedback and reviews are greatly appreciated and listened to. If you have any questions or concerns let us know. We check and carefully pack all our items for shipping but if any damage occurs in transit please advise us with a photo of package and damage within the next few days and we will quickly organise a repair, replacement or refund for you and let you know if it needs to be returned.
If any item if damaged in transit, found to be faulty or not as described on our website you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase but for various reasons we are unable to accept some items for return, including pierced earrings, hair accessories, millinery, custom made or bespoke accessory items. We want to ensure that any piece you choose arrives perfect, unworn and in pristine condition.
If an item cannot be returned, we are happy to make any possible changes or modifications that you would like, extra charges may be incurred. Items requiring, modification, exchange or return for other reasons must be authorized, just call or email us and we will work out the best solution for you.
All other items can be returned in an unused condition within 7 days of receipt for exchange or credit. All postage costs incurred for change of mind returns will be deducted from the credit due.If you are unsure about purchasing hair accessories or earrings please ask us for extra information, advice & pictures.
Returning an item
Please package and send your return in the same manner and condition received, boxed with any tags attached, please use a postal service with tracking, we do not take responsibility for items not received and articles damaged by poor packaging cannot be accepted.
